Job Description
Intermediate Designer plays a key role in the development of design concepts and documentation. This position requires a solid understanding of the design process, technical knowledge, and the ability to take ownership of portions of a project under the supervision of a senior designer or project manager.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and translate them into presentations and technical drawings
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents and specifications
- Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Manage portions of a project from design development through construction
- Contribute to FF&E selections and material boards
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Work well with other staff members and contribute to the office culture
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree, or recognized equivalent, in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program
- 3-5 years of experience in an architecture or design firm
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and/or Rhino
- Understanding of codes, construction practices, and detailing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
