Senior Designer leads the design direction and execution of projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and project management skills. The Senior Designer serves as a mentor to junior staff and collaborates closely with clients and consultants to deliver high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design vision and oversee all phases of design
- Direct and review work of junior and intermediate designers
- Maintain client relationships and lead presentations
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure design integrity through construction and implementation
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing
- Guide material selection, finishes, and overall design language
- Work well with other staff members and contribute to the office culture
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program
- 7–10+ years of experience in architecture or interior design
- Proven design leadership and client-facing experience
- Advanced proficiency in design and documentation software
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and detailing
- Strong communication, team leadership, and mentoring skills
- Professional licensure (preferred but not required
