Challenger School has been making inroads in the Bay Area, opening several new schools in the past years. The organization acquired an exsiting elementary school off of East Gish Road in San Jose. Needing a new location to house the Bay Area's administration services, Challenger School chose to construct a new facilities building, sharing the site with the Berryessa Pre through 8 school. The two-story administration building is constructed of conventional wood frame with steel support with stucco and stone finish exteriors.
