Paramit Engineering

Lathrop Engineering is a Paramit company that designs and develops medical devices and life science instrumentations. They were previously in a space that they have been in for 20 years, where their office and lab spaces were split up between multiple buildings and suites which greatly hindered the work flow, productivity, as well as collaborative opportunity. Needing to relocate brought an opportunity for Lathrop to redefine the company culture, enhance their collaborative work environment, and provide a space where both clients and board members can attend. To reflect Lathrop's collaborative culture, we designed an open, contemporary, and inviting space, that respects the confidentiality of each clients’ product.
