Our design studio was pleased to be part of the renovations at Merritt on 3rd, an apartment community formerly known as Regency Tower, located just steps from shimmering Lake Merritt in the city of Oakland. The designers’ tasks were to breathe new life into the tired residential tower and create a modern yet functional workspace for its leasing agents.
