Harvest Properties’ two buildings at Towers @ 2nd, formerly home to the San Jose Mercury News, has been repositioned to draw tech tenants to the heart of Silicon Valley, San Jose’s downtown.
Habitec was tasked with the design of not only a workspace for Harvest’s property managers, but a place to help sell potential tenants (tech and otherwise) on the work-life balance the building and its amenities offer. This space, as well as the building’s progressive design standards are reminders that any company can coexist and thrive in the world that the technology culture has created in the Valley.
